We are renting out a house in a new housing development, all built for rental purposes.
The house is located next to large meadows, with easy and quick access to all infrastructure (shops, sports and recreational centers, and two international schools, Danila Kumar and BISL). The house has a beautiful and simple fully fenced garden.
The well-built house has high energy efficiency and extremely low operating costs. It is heated by a heat pump through underfloor heating, the house insulation is 20 cm thick, the windows are triple-glazed, and there is also a fireplace in the house.
In addition to the terrace in front of the living room, the house also has a large covered terrace next to the master bedroom. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as 2 walk-in closets for the master bedroom. Next to the house there is a garage for two cars.
The house is partially furnished, it can also be fully furnished, and it is available for immediate move-in.
Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- Minimum rental period of 25 months,
- The amount of the security deposit is: 3000 EUR,
- The tenant shall bear part of the additional services costs, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and rental period, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 2800 EUR plus 22 % VAT, total 3416 EUR, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
